Channels and Alliances Management Process


Channels and Alliances Management Process (CHAMP) helps alliance managers create predictable streams of revenue with strategic alliances by providing the methods and tools necessary for effectively going-to-market with partners.

The CHAMP Partner Planning process
helps alliance managers
understand their roles and responsibilities,
select growth market segments,
analyze alliance potential,
identify new revenue streams,
leverage relationships across the value chain,
and establish objectives for the alliance.

Workshop
Channels and Alliances Management Process (CHAMP) consists of a two-day workshop
that helps cross-functional teams build clear plans to drive incremental revenue and strengthen partner relationships.
The program accommodates a maximum of six partner account teams or twenty-four participants.

Sales Tools
The Channels and Alliances Management Process (CHAMP) program provides the methods and tools for building and implementing a Partner Plan that can be used to effectively go-to-market with and through partners.

Reinforcements
The CHAMP approach includes a follow-on workshop, CHAMP Joint Planning, which brings organizations and their partners together to design and implement unified strategies. The CHAMP Joint Planning program provides a practical way to jointly identify high-impact initiatives, develop specific strategies and tactics, commit resources, and accelerate revenue and relationship goals.
The organization and its partner work to create a Joint Plan that describes how to effectively go-to-market together.

I am also certified to lead the workshops where we teach managers how to manage the proces for CHAMP, called M-CHAMP.
